How it works
A fault may involve a device, Wi-Fi, router, access line or an external service. Diagnosis starts with symptoms: one unavailable website differs from no connectivity on every device. Comparing a wired connection with Wi-Fi helps narrow down the affected layer.

Where it helps
Have your city, connection address, contract or account number, callback phone and fault start time ready. A photo of device indicators and the exact error message are useful. For intermittent problems, note affected devices and times, plus any checks already completed.
What to consider
Check power and visible cabling, then try another device. Restart equipment normally; avoid a factory reset unless instructed because connection settings may be erased. Do not unplug optical connectors unnecessarily or look into their ends. Keep passwords, login codes and financial details out of public messages.
Getting started
Support is available around the clock. A specialist reviews the symptoms, checks available indicators and agrees the next step. Line work or a site visit is coordinated separately. Round-the-clock intake is not a promise of identical resolution times for every incident; cause, access and agreed service conditions matter.
Questions and answers
Who should I call?
Almaty: +7 (727) 257-66-40. Astana: +7 (7172) 77-24-44. Shared mobile/WhatsApp: +7 701 097 6554. Email: support@kazintercom.kz.
How should I test speed?
Use a wired connection where possible and pause competing downloads. Record time, result and connection method; a single Wi-Fi result does not isolate the line.
