How it works
Internet TV delivers video and audio over an IP connection. It requires internet access, a service account and a compatible device. The official tvcom FAQ describes Smart TV and mobile apps; model and operating-system compatibility matter. Pause, archive and simultaneous viewing conditions should be checked for the chosen subscription.

Where it helps
If the TV supports the app, installation and sign-in may be sufficient. Otherwise, consider a compatible set-top box. Ethernet reduces dependence on local radio conditions. For Wi-Fi, check signal near the TV and competing devices: a faster access plan does not fix weak indoor coverage.
What to consider
Tell us the exact TV model, number of screens and desired bundle. Check current channel and account-use conditions. Published Almaty bundles list TVcom box rental separately at ₸550/month; using an app does not mean a box is always required. The actual equipment and total are confirmed in the offer.

We first check service and device availability, then agree the package and viewing method. Acceptance covers sign-in, picture, sound and stable playback. Published Almaty TV bundles include free connection. TV availability in Astana is checked separately; Almaty terms do not automatically apply there.
