How it works

IP telephony converts voice into digital packets. SIP commonly establishes and ends calls; RTP carries real-time audio. These are separate functions: successful registration does not prove that audio works in both directions. A desk IP phone or a software client can be used; supported devices and settings are agreed during setup.

Where it helps

An IP PBX handles telephone connections over an IP network. KEYCom offers its own IP PBX for rent without configuration access. We do not configure customer-owned IP PBX systems or other customer telephone equipment. Available features and rental terms are confirmed before ordering.

What to consider

Call quality depends on latency, jitter and packet loss as well as Internet speed. Confirm simultaneous call requirements and connection requirements before ordering. We do not port numbers from other operators or configure customer-owned IP PBX systems. Our rental IP PBX is provided without configuration access.
