Influence of the sun on receiving satellite antennas.

Due to seasonal solar interference  from 3 to 15 October 2020 there may be interruptions in the broadcasting of television services from 10 to 20 minutes daily.

Solar interference is a seasonal phenomenon, as a result of which the Sun, being on the same axis as the satellite and the receiving antenna, blocks the signal with its more powerful radiation.  This leads to a deterioration of the signal up to its complete disappearance.
